1. Introduction

Welcome to Gym AI Tracker ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account & Registration

To use sync and cloud features, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may also use the App in guest mode without an account. Guest mode data is stored locally on your device only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• The App provides fitness tracking tools, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

4. Data We Collect

When you use the App, we collect and store:

• Account data: Email address, hashed password
• Workout data: Routines, exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, session notes
• Body measurements: Weight, height, and other body measurements you enter
• Photos: Exercise photos you choose to upload
• App settings: Language, theme, default values

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All communication uses HTTPS encryption. Authentication uses JWT tokens with automatic rotation.

Photos are stored in user-isolated directories and are only accessible to the account owner.

6. Third-Party Services

• Apple Health (HealthKit): With your permission, the App can read and write workout sessions and body measurements to Apple Health. This data stays on your device and in your iCloud account.
• Google Gemini AI: If you use the AI workout generator or coaching insights, your workout data summary (no personal identifiers) is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions. Google's privacy policy applies to this data processing.
• Apple Sign In: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user ID and email (which may be a private relay address). We do not receive your Apple ID password.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting gym@micron.lv.

Upon account deletion, all your data including workout history, measurements, photos, and settings will be permanently removed from our servers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
